Description:

A rare piece with skeletal growth on the cube faces. Countless isolated bright grown cockscomb barite crystals beneath the surface of the fluorite also give the piece a special character. This fluorite is very dark - almost black. With backlight the fluorite shows a very intense violet color. This piece is published in The Mineralogical Record - Mineral Magazine Vol.54 No.6.2.
