Description:

A large double terminated quartz crystal over 21 cm in length with additional smaller, double terminated quartz crystals. The specimen shows three chlorite-green colored surfaces which are partially covered with a second generation of quartz crystals, small calcites, and chlorite. The other three surfaces show a snowy layer and are, additionally, partially covered with a second generation of quartz crystals, small calcites, and chlorite. This layer reaches to the edges of the prisms where it ends abruptly. The tops are highly lustrous and transparent. Undamaged; only a calcite shows contact.
