Description:

For my taste the most beautiful piece of this find. The rutile measures an impressive 3 cm in length and 1.5 cm in diameter. The side surfaces of the crystal shows high-gloss longitudinal stripes. The termination is undamaged and, as with most pieces, matte. The crystal sits attractively on a siderite and albite matrix. Many small, shiny albites and high-gloss plates of muscovite have grown on the matrix.
